As an intern I was able to delve into the macro world of policy advocacy and witness the top-down impact of policy work on the individual clients Mental Health Colorado serves. It was a true honor to be a part of this process and the impacts the organization has on representing and amplifying the voices of those whose voice was once inaudible.

My time here has been nothing short of transformative! The positive and enriching environment that Envision:You creates for staff and interns has been especially memorable. I learned important lessons that have reshaped my perspective on social work. I also appreciate how you encouraged me to embrace critical self-reflection and to seek out meaningful feedback, which has been key to my growth as an emerging social worker.
