Highlights/honorees: Spurred by the recent tragedies and events concerning the lives and safety of law enforcement, more than 200 people came together to honor and thank law enforcement members for their work in keeping our community safe. Dr. Dorothy Perry, Pueblo Police Chief Luis Velez, Pueblo Deputy Chief Troy Davenport, Sgt. Darrell Salberg of the Colorado State Patrol and Undersheriff JR Hall were some of the dignitaries in attendance. Several police officers, deputies and troopers and their families enjoyed the day.
